Reliable planning

Confirm care planning together

A shared calendar creates certainty when everyone can tell what is confirmed and what still awaits a decision.

01

One shared version as the basis

A schedule becomes active only when both parents approve the same version, including dates, rhythm, handovers and notes. Opening a proposal or remaining silent is never approval.

02

Review changes transparently

Changing a confirmed schedule creates a new version. Both parents can review, approve or reject it, or respond with a counterproposal.

03

Keep the confirmed state visible

While a proposal is open, the previous confirmed agreement remains effective and visible in the care calendar.
