A care calendar shows when children are cared for in each home. SwitchBuddy adds jointly confirmed schedules, specific handovers, dated notes, and school and public holidays.
Does SwitchBuddy support shared parenting schedules?
Yes. SwitchBuddy supports weekly and fortnightly alternation, 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5 and 3-4-4-3, as well as uneven or individually adjusted rhythms.
Can SwitchBuddy be used as a contact schedule?
SwitchBuddy can clearly show agreed care periods, handovers and notes. It supports organisation between homes but does not replace legal advice or a court order.
How does the shared calendar remain unambiguous?
Proposals are clearly marked as open. A version appears as a confirmed schedule in the shared calendar only after both parents approve it.
Does the co-parenting app work on a smartphone?
SwitchBuddy runs in the browser and adapts its calendar, planning and navigation to phones, tablets and desktops. The confirmed calendar can also be subscribed to in common calendar apps.
Who can see child profiles, calendars and notes?
These contents remain in an access-protected care workspace. Only invited and accepted members can access them according to their permissions.
